Best Micro Amp? (modified 0 times) diegerson Profile | Email Best Micro Amp? They're just toys (aren't they all anyway...), but any thoughts? I've seen (haven't heard firsthand) little Marshall stacks, Fenders. I'm not really looking for a small practice amp. The small battery operated , one knob amp that every ones probably familiar with is called the "Legendary 7-100". They also make a "Hog 20" and a "Hog 30". The hogs are fully rechargeable. RE:Best Micro Amp? (modified 0 times) diegerson Profile | Email Thanks for the responses. The shop I went to had a Marshall (Micro) Stack. I played a Tele through it, and it was OK. I then played a Les Paul through it - and I was reminded of the old LP through a Marshall thing - it still holds true! Some distant, yet recognizable, derivative tone was there... The one watt of power is plenty sufficient. It fills a room easily. I went with the Marshall. Its a joke, but this joke does the job.
